Change In Guidelines
The following Sponsorship Guidelines are subject to change. Sponsors will be notified in advance of substantial changes such as costs and venue, at least one week prior to the All Day Seminar:

Eligibility
• Sponsorships are awarded on a first come, first served basis.
• A Sponsorship designation will be held for one month after receiving a completed Reservation Form or other written notification identifying the desired Sponsorship Level, Primary Contact, and Email Address or Daytime Phone Number. (Please note that email is the Chapter’s preferred method of communication).

Benefits Of Sponsorship & Exhibiting At The All Day Seminar
• Sponsor Logos display on the Chapter’s website Sponsor Page from October 2007 to September 2008.
• Sponsorship levels that exhibit at the Seminar will receive a verbal Mention or Introduction.

Bronze, Silver, Gold, Gold Premium, Platinum and Platinum Premium.
• About 200 security professionals and members of law enforcement are expected to attend the Seminar.

Admission: $100 before September 27, 2005 -or- $125 after September 27, 2007
• The Seminar Brochure is mailed to approximately 3,000 ASIS members in surrounding NJ states.
• The Seminar Directory is distributed to all attendees the day of the Seminar.
• Comp Admission includes complimentary entrance into the Seminar Room & Lunchroom for designated Sponsorships only, in addition to free entrance into the Sponsor Room.
• Exhibitors Only / No Comp Admissions - includes free admission to the Sponsor Room only.

Additional Benefits & Requirements
• Sponsor Name will be included in the Seminar Brochure if the Sponsorship is reserved by July 31, 2007.
• Platinum & Platinum Premium Only - Sponsor Logo will display on the front of the Seminar Brochure if the sponsor DONATION payment is received by July 31, 2007.
• Sponsor Name will be included in at least one Seminar Press Release if the Sponsor DONATION payment is received by August 31, 2007.
• Sponsor choice of 1 Comp Admission -or- a $50 Discount can be deducted if the Sponsor DONATION payment is received by August 31, 2007.
• Please note that Additional Benefits may not be awarded if the requirements are not in compliance.

Seminar Logistics & Facility Issues
• Sponsors are responsible for the following set-up of their items:
- Distributing your promotional items in the Seminar Room.
- Set-up of your own exhibit table and/or display. The tables provided are approximately 6 feet long.
- Hanging signage and banners inside the Seminar room (designated Sponsorships only).
• Power Outlets will be available to Sponsors. An Internet Connection & Electrical Cord can be obtained for an additional cost of $150 (except designated Sponsorships where this Benefit is already included).
• Sponsors will be notified the week of October 3, 2007 or earlier on details for exhibiting at the Seminar such as times for early set-up (typically the afternoon on the day before), day of set-up, and other set-up issues that may require pre-arrangement.
• Sponsors will be notified the week of October 3, 2007 or earlier about hotel accommodations such as directions, reserving a room, parking, loading / unloading supplies, and the Seminar Room location.

Other Issues
• Due to operational issues, the Chapter cannot offer “Lunch Only” tickets at the Seminar.
There is a buffet restaurant in the hotel and other nearby restaurants for Exhibitors Only who do not have admission to the Seminar Room and Lunchroom.
• Confirmed Sponsors whose DONATION payments have been received will automatically be included with other Seminar Activities that could provide Additional Benefits to Sponsors. Only Confirmed Sponsors and Sponsors reserved by August 31, 2007 will be notified in advance about these activities.
